Where are downloaded files in ios10 Hi. I have an OLD iPad, running iOS 10. And that's the way it's staying, so if your first suggestion is "upgrade", look elsewhere. All I need to know is where this version of iOS stores files downloaded locally while I'm in Safari. thanks.
