Hi there ! Hope You’re well! I have just change my old iPhone for a new one (IPhone 12). Everything works perfect, apart of my Mail app. It shows 3 unread messages which I can’t find it. I went to unread messages and there is none, but still on my app icon it shows that I have 3 unread messages

First, try swiping up and closing the app then reopening it. Next, I'd say restart your phone and see if that fixes it.
Open the mailbox which suggests you have unread messages.
In the bottom left your screen is a round icon with three bars inside (larger on top to smaller on bottom)
Tap that circle
Then see Filtered by: Tap that to choose unread messages
If there are unread messages, they will appear.
Hi mate, don't worry you just have to try to swiping up and closing the app then try again to reopen it. Also next please restart you phone and see it will fix. If you are still facing any issue please let me know. I hope it helps .
