UNABLE TO WATCH FOX NEWS LIVE USING TV PROVIDER SINCE UPDATE 11/8/21

Since the update last night, I am unable to watch Fox News Live on my phone. I have deleted & re-downloaded the app several times, signed out & back in to my TV provider, turned phone off. The message I keep getting is: UNAUTHORIZED. Unfortunately, you are not authorized to play this content. Please contact your provider. Any suggestions?

Yes, contact your provider.

Unfortunately , that didn't resolve the issue. My phone allows me to sign out ot the TV provider but isn't taking me to the login site where I enter my user name & password, it's connecting automatically. I think this is the problem. Might you know how to delete the recent update? I googled it but the IOS under settings isn't present.
