TCM app stops recognizing TV Provider

The TCM app on my Apple TV stops recognizing my TV Provider (Spectrum). I use this app every day; today it tells me I am "Not Authenticated" when I try to watch a movie, even though my TV Provider's logo is displayed within the TCM app in the upper left corner of the screen and I have verified that I'm logged in to Spectrum and can watch content in that app. In the Apple TV Settings for the TCM app I have selected ALWAYS allow TCM to access my TV Provider.

The TCM support people told me to uninstall the WatchTCM app and reinstall it, and that fixed the problem. Very annoying but a simple solution.
