How do I enable international calling on my iphone 12?

When you talk to your carrier ask about International calling plans. Most carriers have discounted calling for a small monthly fee.

Talk to your carrier. Whatever long distance limitations you have will be due to your cellular plan, not your device. As long as your cell plans supports it just dial the number for any country - there is nothing to enable on the iPhone itself.
