I updated my iPad to ios15 and when I click on an email, at the top of the page it says “your network settings prevent content from loading privately”. There is a box that says download and when pressed, the email displays. Is ther something I can do to avoid an additional step to see my email?

You can disable Mail Privacy Protection in Settings. Go to Settings > Mail > Privacy Protection, and turning off Protect Mail Activity.

If you disable this option, senders may be able to track information about you, including when and how many times you opened the email, whether your forwarded the email, and your IP address (which includes your approximate location).
