How do I remove Facetime from a contact?
This has been answered, saying "remove contact from favorites and re-enter using Voice". What if I have NOONE in my favorites and my contact is still defaulting to Facetime?

We understand that you would like to call a contact on your iPhone and not make a FaceTime call with them. We’d like to help however we can.
While there would not be a way to disable FaceTime for a specific contact, are you able to press and hold the call icon at the top of this contact’s contact card and select to make a voice call to their phone number?
If not, please provide more details on what’s happening.
