Safari 15.1 - A problem repeatedly occurred with...

Since the last update to 10.15.7 (Catalina OS) and Safari 15.1 I have a problem with the opening of some pages with an error "A problem repeatedly occurred with...". Switching on/off the enable JavaScript flag doesn't help. How is it possible to reinstall Safari to a previous version?

Hello Call2o,

Thanks for completing those steps. Next, let's see if the same issue occurs in another user account? If you already have another user account set up, then you can use that one or create a new one to test in using the steps here: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Also,  does the issue occur while in safe mode? If you are not familiar with the safe mode steps, you can follow the steps here: How to use safe mode on your Mac to get it done. Once in safe mode, you'd want to use the Mac as you normally would to see if the issue occurs again. You can tell when the Mac is in safe mode because on the desktop it will show the words Safe Boot in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Best regards

I have a similar problem. All websites work as normal but the more I use Safari 15.1 throughout the day, a growing number of websites fail to load. Quitting and restarting Safari fixes the problem, but not for long. Half of the websites that I go to never are a problem, but many others are. Maybe someone from Apple could tell us what gets flushed or reset whenever Safari is quit and restarted.
