recently i purchased a series 3 watch and im unable to pair it with my i phone 12 -its stuck at signing in to your account this may take a few minutes ,i tried it for multiple times so i request you to help me out

Check if you can pair it with a different phone or not.


Update the iphone to the latest version of iOS first.

Settings>general>software update

Try again to pair after updating software.
