Apple watch Black Unity

Hi I just bought the apple watch black unity version, what is the different of this watch with another? and can i change watch faces like the regular one?

If my memory is correct it just came with a special band and watch face.

Yes you can change the face to any other one. They will all be in the Watch app on your iPhone.
