montery mail issues

after update from big sur to montery having issues with my mail. first i could not open it at all. in touch with apple- they had me move it from libary to desktop. but still its downloading all the time.

something is not working proparly

Gmail not showing up in mail macOS Ventura My Gmail account is not showing up in Mail. The account shows up in the list of internet accounts and calendar dates are synchronized in Ical, but next to the email setting the status button it only shows "checking." Mail don't load graphics in Ventura When I receive an email with graphics, in Mail, it loads with a question mark. The same email opened in Safari has the pictures.
