My face ID is not working anymore. And a friend said that the sensor is broken. So i don't know what to do now because i bought my phone in The Netherlands from another company (New). I am at the moment in Georgia USA. Can someone help me out? Jorke Smits

Contact Apple Support they will do a proper diagnosis and advise your options. However you should also be aware the USA and European models have different hardware for the cellular radios, and USA may be unable to service European product or supply a Europe-specification exchange device. If you are intending to remain in USA long term that might not be a problem, but if you are on a short visit you might prefer to keep using the passcode until you return to Europe.
