Good morning , few years ago I used an other account for ID apple . This was ****@ msn.com . For a misunderstanding I reset my new account with ****@ cardiocentro.org , that in a few days it will be disabled. What can I do ?

For the old account.
See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

Unless you still know the credentials
for your old AppleID, getting it back may prove time-consuming if not impossible.
Since time is short, suggest changing your AppleID to an e-mail which you DO control NOW, before you loose your current e-mail.
Sign-up for a free or inexpensive web-based e-mail service (e.g. GMail, FastMail, iCloud, etc.) if necessary.
Then you’ll have the time to get everything sorted.
