cancel my subscription

i don't have an iphone anymore since 3 month and i have been trying to cancel my icloud subscription, please cancel me and refund me for 3 month. you guys are very difficult to reach. I didnt want to have to go through my bank to whom ive been with since 2004. they dont have a problem refunding all my monies back. I prefer doing the refund through your company unless there's a problem with my request than i will be forced to go through my BOA.
