Incoming Calls Go Directly to Voicemail while On Call

Hello! Recently when I am on an active phone call, if I receive an incoming call I am not prompted that this call is incoming nor am I notified. On the incoming caller's side, the call goes directly to voicemail and I am not notified in the Phone app of this missed call unless the caller leaves a voicemail.

Even then, in the recents tab of Phone there is no notification of a missed call.

I have Wifi Calling on and Do Not Disturb Off. These were the only two "solutions" I could find and this does not fix the issue.

This issue has been occurring for about 2 months now and I am completely updated on the most recent iOS 15.1

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and from your post, it appears there are no notifications for incoming calls while you are actively on a call. We'll do what we can to help.

Make sure your carrier supports call waiting and is turned on as this would be expected if it isn't: Set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone

If it's one specific contact or just a few contacts, make sure they aren't blocked: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you haven't already, Restart your iPhone
