New iphone

I just bought an iphone 13 pro

I didnt do quick transfer when I turned it on

but I want to transfer everything from my iphone 7 plus to the new iphone

how can i do it now ?

Erase the new phone (Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Erase all content and settings.

That will wipe it and start over again.
