Shortcuts - Automating Airplane Mode w/ WiFi Disconnect

HISTORY:

I have no cellular service in my condo. I’ve had a persistent glitch for years where MMS will not send when WiFi calling is confirmed active. The only way I am able to get MMS to send successfully when WiFi calling is active is by putting my phone into Airplane Mode.

SHORTCUT / AUTOMATION PARTIAL FIX:

I created a personal automation that will trigger Airplane Mode ON when the phone connects to my home or work WiFi networks. Works like a charm. Unfortunately, when I disconnect from those networks (i.e. leave home or work), Airplane Mode remains on.

QUESTION:

How do I automate turning Airplane Mode OFF when disconnecting from my home or work WiFi networks?

GEO-MODE NOT AN ANSWER

I cannot use location as an automation trigger because I live downtown and do a lot of stuff very close to my building. Even the smallest location range won’t work for me. I don’t want airplane mode to remain on when I’m just across the street.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 15.1 and I’m an advanced user.
