You can’t. But what you can do is try to open a non-Apple silicon application. When you do that, your mac will ask you if you want to dl Rosetta2. If you can open it without having it do that, then you already downloaded it and either forgot or didn’t know it.

There is another way: Use the terminal to make it done.

You should not install Rosetta unless you need to. Installing it ‘just because' offers no advantage at all and will take up resources.
