I don’t get the “prepare for new” option. What should I do?

When I try to backup my phone information to iCloud to prepare for new phone., I don’t get this option in settings (“prepare for new” does not appear).

iPhone 6, iOS 12

It is a feature of iOS 15. Your profile line shows that you have an iPhone 6 which cannot be updated to iOS 15.
