Update won't pass High Sierra 10.13.6
My MacBook will not update past High Sierra 10.13.6. I have "downloaded" it and ran it several times and it restarts as it should then does not update. How can I fix this?
Which exact Mac do you have?
Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.
