Problems with delivery

Hello,

I bought AirPods Pro headphones on the site.

(Spersonalizowane AirPods Pro)


Delivery was scheduled for November 9th.

UPS has sent an SMS that the delivery will be at the specified time.

But the courier did not call us and did not come home.

The order status already indicates that the delivery has been completed.

The headphones never came.


We're trying to contact UPS, but it's slow.

Can you check if anyone has already activated these headphones?
