Second Call on a Single call that wasn't answered
Hello,
For some reason if you call someone, and let the phone ringing forever, it doesn't just drop the line after a time if he doesn't answer, but makes a 2nd try (maybe more, not sure) WITHOUT showing anything on your side like "I am retrying".
I spent an hour looking around the options and I can't figure out of how to "disable" this.
What happens is, when I am making a phone call that I DO NOT drop the line and just wait for it to drop on it's own, considering that as all normal devices take some time ringing (which i'm not aware of what should be the default time of trying to reach someone's phone), and if the call is not answered it should drop the line.
What happens on my case is that if i let my phone on the table ringing to the other person's phone, when the line drops on the other person's device, my iPhone doesn't show ANY indication that the line dropped but just makes a second try *without showing anything different on my side* like "i'm retrying with a second call back to back". And if that "2nd try" fails, THEN it drops as it normally should drop the line.
So for example I might call you once, and let the device next to me ringing, waiting for you to pickit up, and instead of dropping the line on my side it shows just that it is ringing for a long time, but on reality it does 2 tries if not answered, the second call is back to back.
At the end, on my side i have 1 call that says "Cancelled Call", and on the other person's phone it's 2 different non answered calls, with almost a minute distance.
I can't seem to figure out anywhere of an option to set this off, so I consider this to be a bug. Anyone that can help?
Kind regards,
