Deleted System Caches Reappearing

I use a MacBook Pro MacOS Monterey. I discovered my system data were taking more than 70% of my 1TB storage drive. I deleted the system cache and the system recovered almost 250G. On rechecking after an hour, I discovered the system files had reappeared even after deleting them and emptying the thrash immediately. What do I do to regain my storage space back.

Thanks all

Joseph
