Team Snap Sync to iCal on MacBook Air and iMac

I have a TeamSnap app on my iPhone Xs Version 14.8.

My iPhone's iCal syncs to my MacBook Air (Big Sur 11.3.1) and iMac.

Yet...I can't get the TeamSnap schedule to link to the MacBook Air nor iMac.

What settings do I need to adjust?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14
