How do I make the floating keyboard panel not block my submit buttons?

In iPadOS 15 they changed the bluetooth keyboard menu from a bar across the bottom of the screen to a little floating panel. The panel CONSTANTLY blocks the submit button across almost every single app. How do I make it not do that?

I have a small menu at the bottom of my screen when I open an app. I can “minimize” it with a pull down menu and it hides in a corner. Slide over window drag feature not working on iPad with mouse or trackpad since iPad OS 15.4 Hi, I’ve noted when creating a slide over window on my iPad that I can no longer drag the window from the right to the left side of my screen (or vice versa) via my magic keyboard track pad or mouse. I can still create a slide over window, scroll through other open slide over windows, and make it “disappear”, but I can no longer move it around the screen. It does work however when I use my finger instead. This is a new issue since I updated to iPad OS 15.4. I’m wondering if it is related to the new universal control feature that they introduced? Is anyone else having this issue? For remedies, I’ve restarted the iPad, removed the iPad from the magic keyboard, disconnected and reconnected the mouse and keyboard from bluetooth. Nothing working. Seems like a bug in the latest update to me. I’d welcome any thoughts.

Smart Keyboard folio and Bluetooth mouse On my iPad Pro with iPad OS 13.3, when I connect Logitech Pebble Bluetooth mouse the Smart Keyboard folio starts malfunctioning. On screen keypad pops up and keys like ‘j’, ‘m’ do not work on Smart Keyboard folio. smart keyboard folio also does not appear in Bluetooth devices list, while I see Apple Pencil and mouse in the list.

There is nothing to be done.

You cannot scroll up to get to the submit button underneath?

No, it's an app, the submit button is always at the bottom of the screen, in the lower right corner.
