freezing
Just updated to 15 today. Now, when I am in Facebook, I cannot comment- everything freezes. I have reinstalled it but it still fails to perform. Any suggestions?

The issue might be the keyboard. The software update made a change in the default settings. Go to your iPad settings and
scroll down to "Accessiblity" (down a few spots below General) Click on Keyboards and look down to the second grouping
and you should see Keyboards at the bottom. Click that and make sure Full Keyboard Access is turned on. That should fix it.

This is an iOS iPadOS related comment.
You may have too many apps open at one time. Close all apps and reload the the one you want. Regularly close any low use apps as soon as you finish with it.
Then there is more than one issue. I find Face Book freezes (amongst others) if I have too many apps open.
Same problem here, Ipad only. iPhone 12 works fine. Tried reinstalling app, no luck. Definitely an Apple Glitch!. Hope it gets addressed soon.
Nope! New iOS 15 problem. I’ve tried it all, total glitch. I’m guessing it have something to do with new privacy settings and facebooks anti-privacy settings…. Hmmm
Yes, Facebook freezes every time I am on. It is becoming tedious as I have no clue how to fix it. Very frustrating. When you consider what we pay for these devices - unacceptable to say the least.
As others are noting - the new update seems to be the problem. I am relieved there are others having the same problem but that does not solve it.
