Notes app

I have been using the notes app quite frequently recently and I’ve had no problems. But ever since the new iOS update to 15, when I’m type or wanting to select and copy, it is sort of jumpy. Is there a way to fix this?

iOS16.6 Notes app - *STILL* paste adds extra blank lines I have no idea why this behavior still exists: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253601017 I copy and paste text regularly in notes and there are new lines added before and after any text. Please fix this. It's been years. What is the benefit? This applies to any iOS device that I or anyone else I know owns and we're all extremely frustrated with it. apple notes app behaviour after the 15.4 update, notes app for ipad is closing and reloading each time i switch apps or minimise(is that even the correct term?) by swiping home. this results in closing of the specific note i was working on and displays the all notes list, and i have to open the specific note each and every time. anyone else with similar issues? any solutions to prevent this reload?
