On the dock at the bottom of the screen , I believe there is a music icon …

tap it to open music / iTunes , it comes built in with your iMac .

Your Apple ID & password will get you into the iTunes Store , then you'll have to make payment arrangements … buy the song and it shows up in your iTunes music library .

Apple split iTunes up in Catalina. Choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu and use the new applications instead.
