INotes not appearing when I Search (on iphone, not the cloud)

All of a sudden, I can no longer search for notes in the iNotes app on my iPhone

(Not the cloud feature. On the phone).

I’ve searched other discussion boards and followed the instructions to turn the settings on and off and on again, but to no avail.

It seems like I’m easily able to search using keywords on the iNotes app on my iPad - but not on my iPhone - which contains over 3,000 notes and where I refer to them frequently.

Anyone know how to fix the search feature?

I appreciate your help in advance.

There are two Search fields one under the list of Folder and the other under each respective Notes Folder (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange, On my iPhone, AOL.)

Which one is missing on your device? If any or both then there are no settings that can get you that.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
