Loud iPhone alarms even though I have Watch

Hello!

Before the new update (idk if it was iOS 15.1 or WatchOS 8.1) if I had alarm on my iPhone it would appear on my Watch first and if I didn't turn it off in approximately 20 seconds it would start on my iPhone, which was great, because I would always wake up without hearing the loud alarms on my iPhone like I had to when I had no Watch.

Now alarm always starts on both my Watch and iPhone at the same time and it makes me frustrated, because sound on my iPhone is turned off but the alarm still works extremely loud (probably with max loudness). Therefore I have a question: how do I make it so that alarm works on Watch first and only in some time on iPhone, like it always did?
