I've a macbook air m1 with latest os (monterey) and also I use dell da310 to connect ethernet and other usb stuff. This dock is not working in my macbook air m1. But it's perfectly working in my MacBook pro i7.
Its working in M1 air when I restart the machine and goes off after sleeping.
