Bootcamp stuck on partitioning

I'm attempting to partition to run Windows. Bootcamp gets as far as 'downloading Windows support software - 1 minute remaining' but then the whole system freezes. I've previously run Windows and had no issues until my ISO file recently got corrupted, that's why i'm trying again.

And this went up to 2-3 times per hour after I (tried to, not successfully but that's another story) to install Windows via Bootcamp. I must say I have the fusion drive split (SSD = 128GB / HDD 2TB) and, at most of the crashes, I didn't run something CPU / GPU / RAM intensive. I tried reinstalling MacOS but nothing changed. Should I downgrade the MacOS, rebuild the fusion drive or it's something else (maybe hardware bound)? I attach the last crash report.

My Mac indicates I don't have enough space to update to macOS Monterey I'm trying to update my computer to Mac OS Monterey, but every time I go to update it it says I don't have enough space on my disk even though I've got about 50GB. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

What is the name and MD5sum of the ISO that you are using?
