Why can't I view attachments and flag columns in Mail in OS Monterey?

While in Apple Mail >> View and use Columns View Layout enabled. In the Header called Subject and Right Click it. A Sub-Menu will appear and choose to Add Flags and ADD Attachments columns

No idea. What error do you get when you enable them? Or, what do you see happening when you enable them?
