II have two Seagate Backup disks that are backing-up OK. However, after upgrading to Monterey, entering Time Machine the computer locks-up, continually. I read that the backups were not upgraded when Montery was upgraded. The quesion, do I need to essentially delete all of my backups and create new backups for Time Machine to work on Monterey?
Thanks again. I created two new backups and both have completed and opening Time Machine does not lock-up the computer! Until the next upgrade!

Yes starting over with Time Machine is a good way to get past these issues.
