The red bump on my wrist right under the Apple Watch Beam, is not an allergy and it is not dirt! I’ve worn this watch for two years and get that bump (looks like a mosquito bite) on and off. I believe it is the result of the beam that is emitted. If you take the watch off for a few hours, it goes away. Wonder what the long term exposure does…

I don't honestly know what you mean by red bump issue others are having? I've worn Apple watch now for more than 5 years, 7 days a week and have never gotten any bump from one. There are not many threads on this.
If someone is having an issue wearing Apple watch, they should see a dermatologist. Waiting for Apple to do something about an issue which Apple is likely not doing anything about is not a great solution for someone who may be having some issue, which honestly sounds dermatologic in nature.
