Aperture uses some 32-bit code and cannot run on macOS 11.6. The last system version compatible with Aperture has been macOS 10.14 Mojave. And you would need Aperture 3.6. This Aperture version has been only available from the App Store, and Apple removed Aperture from the AppStore in 2015. There is no longer a chance to get an Aperture version for any system version of OX X 10.10.3 or newer, if you do not already own an AppStore version of Aperture You may still be able to get boxed versions of Aperture on DVDs at eBay or similar, but this early versions of Aperture will only run (somewhat) on very old versions of OS X, Lion or similar. And they will crash, as soon as you try to open the maps and assign locations. The old versions will try to access Google Maps, but Apple's contract for these maps has expired. The old boxed have expired developer certificates, and you may not even able to install them. You cannot update them to the AppStore only version. Aperture is currently only available for long time users, who have updated Aperture to Aperture 3.6, when it came out six years ago, and kept a Mac running on an older system version. macOS 10.14 or older.
