New Apple Watch 7 glitching

i just received my new Apple Watch 7 45mm I’ve had this for about two weeks. I’ve done the update already, and turned it off. Restarted it and I’m still having this issue where when I’m typing in my text it will all of the sudden go back to watch menu and my text will erase. It’s happened also when im in another app and it will stop and go back to menu.
