Upgrading from Catalina on a MacBookPro 2017

I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 with Catalina OS. I would like to upgrade to Big Sur but I am having problems finding that option. Upgrade app is pushing to Monterey. And I have heard that Monterey is still a little buggy. Any reco?
