I regret getting a Green iPhone 11 is there any way/place I can take it to get the back glass replaced and will it do any damage to the phone?

Apple won’t change the colour of your phone, you’ll have to go to a 3rd party repair shop as special machinery is required to take the glass off safely.
Even so removal of the rear glass is expensive and risky. You’ll also be voiding your warranty which will affect your rights when it comes to claims/servicing from Apple in the future.
You’re better off just putting a case on the phone.
If you bought the phone within the last 12 days you could also just return it and then buy the colour you prefer.
