Visual Voicemail - Xfinity Mobile

Hello,

I need some help, my visual voicemail isn't working. I just get the Call Vpicemail box when I go to Voicemail. I have reset network settings, and restarting the phone.

Help!

Also this garbled message comes up in my messages when I get a voicemail now.

Xfinity Mobile Visual Voicemail Not Working So I finally figured out how to get Xfinity Mobile Visual Voicemail working on iPhones. First of all, Visual Voicemail on iPhone has a tendency to break when either: You have ported your phone number from another carrier. You have switched from having an Android phone to an iPhone (I switched from a Note 20 Ultra 5G to iPhone 12 Pro Max) So after going back and forth with Xfinity Mobile Support, I was finally able to locate the fix and you have to really put pressure on Xfinity Mobile Support to get this done.

Visual Voicemail Italy not working? When I go to the voicemail tab in the phone app, it just says to “Call Voicemail.” However according to my service provider (Vodafone Italy), i should have access to visual voicemail. I hope someone can help me fix this!

Contact your cellular carrier.

They provide voicemail.
