how can i update my iphone without downloading itunes to this pc?

How can I access itunes? is it in my icloud log in ?

need to update my iphone and I am using a pc that is not mine to connect ipdone to a usb

Make sure your phone is connected to WiFi and plugged into power, and go to Settings > General > Software Update. You do not need a computer to do it.
