Is it possible to pay for mobile wifi

Is it possible to get Wi-Fi for my iPhone and iPad? It is impossible to do anything but make calls when Im not home?

If you can’t connect to the internet with a cellular connection on your phone, you need to contact your carrier for help with this. Does your iPad have a cellular connection too, or is it just a WiFi model? I think you need to contact your carrier for help with this also.
