I’m yet to recover my stolen IPhone but your helpline isn’t helping anything to help find my device. I always thought IPhone can be located when you misplaced it or when it’s stolen but neither of both was done since May till date I can’t find my iPhone

Without connecting to the server or powered it can’t be found and why can’t I use the serial number or IMEI to search for the iPhone?

You can only track with FindMy/iCloud. There are no other options to track a device. Using a serial number or IMEI would be moot as the device would then be powered and connected to a network.
You should just be ok with knowing the phone is lost for good. Apple would not be able to restore the phone for you. You can restore from your backup.
You can only find your device by using FindMy (the app or iCloud.com/find). Your device needs to have FindMy enabled, it must be powered, and connected to a network.
The device was connected and findmy was also activated but I wasn’t able to find and due to the time duration it’s not longer searching. Is there any means that I can use to find the Iphone?
