Hi, i have a question about storage. What is happening if I push enable the photos in iPhone storage? I’ve already deleted photos from iCloud. If I push Enable, is the photos completely deleted from my iPhone?

iCloud Photos keeps all your photos and videos in their original, high-resolution version. To save storage space on your device, you can turn on Optimize Storage. All that being said, I'm not sure how you have "already deleted photos from iCloud" if you haven't previously enabled iCloud Photos.

All that being said, I'm not sure how you have "already deleted photos from iCloud" if you haven't previously enabled iCloud Photos.
If you hadn't enabled iCloud photos, there would be no photos in iCloud (unless from another device). If you enable it, all of your photos will sync.
