Visual voicemail disappeared

Back up your iPhone and reset the network settings. Resetting network settings removes saved Wi-Fi networks, passwords, VPN/ APN settings. None of your content such as contacts, calendar, photos, and apps will be removed.

Once you’ve created a backup, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. iPhone will restart and you can check for your Visual Voicemail. If this continues after resetting, you would need to reach out to your wireless carrier to have them look into this further.

Visual voicemail is a carrier feature, and if it is not enabled on their end, it will not appear on your end.

I know several people who had to go through various hoops with their providers because their accounts were not properly set up to note their phone was an iPhone.

We understand that your Visual Voicemail is not available. If your wireless carrier has checked for a carrier bundle, restart your iPhone. Check that there isn't any third party security software that you have installed. Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues can assist with checking for software. Remove any installed VPN profiles from your settings.
