Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with your frozen Apple Watch.

It sounds like a force restart will resolve this: Restart your Apple Watch.

"To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo."

Mine freezes ever since the new update. I restarted it yesterday and it was fine. Today it’s frozen again. Will I have to restart it every day? Not happy. Thanks. Sur

It happened to me. I thought it was resolved. I turned off the app. Not going to deal with this. I only had the watch for a week. This seemed to be so Blackberry.
