What is the globe like thing on suggested search and how do I remove it? I’ve turned off everything in settings and it still comes up

Apple Support Communities is a great place for help with Safari on your iPhone 11. This icon indicates that you’re visiting a new webpage, versus an existing tab that may be open. There isn’t a way to make that icon disappear, but you can leave feedback for Apple to review. You can leave this feedback via the Product Feedback website below.
