Upload speed test never completes when running google speed test on iphone.

When I run Google speed test in Safari or Chrome on iPhone 13. The download speed is completed but the upload speed never completes. iPhone is running the current iOS 15.1 version. See attached pics.

The browser cache is cleared.

The same issue when run from Google app as well.

The need is to run Speedtest by Google only. Speedtest.net/fast.com is not allowed for this purpose. Can someone help with this ?
