Verifying App integrity

I recently had to update an App for work but when i did so it gave me the message "Unable to Install "Name of App (iOS)" This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified"

My work instructions tell me to go Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles and Device management and trusting my workplace as a developer but I don't have either of those final 2 options.

Every time I try looking for help I just get hit with "install this other 3rd party App" which I don't particular want to do and just want to know if there's an easy way for me to say yes I trust this App I need for work.
