MacBook Pro M1 13-inch (2020) audio over DisplayPort stutters

I have a MBP M1 connected to CalDigit SOHO dock. I also have an AOC AGON AG271QG monitor connected to the CalDigit using DisplayPort. The monitor has integrated 2x2W speakers.

When I switch audio output to the monitor sound is stuttery and unlistenable. If I switch to HDMI instead of DP it works fine.

I tried using a different DP cable - didn't help.

When I connect the monitor to the Windows PC sound works without issues.

Also worth mentioning is monitor speakers reproduce a very quiet "clicky" sound, even if nothing is being played (this sound is easy to hear at night when it's quiet and gets very annoying after some time).

There was a similar topic raised couple of months ago. I tried all suggested solutions and none of them worked for me either.

Any ideas, what can I do next?

PS. I don't have a Genie bar where I live (we don't even have Apple stores, just resellers).
